Like the first, the defense only gave up one touchdown in the second quarter. Jabari Gorman had a fumble recovery at Jacksonville’s one-yard line to stop the Predators from scoring. Sha-Ki Holiness recorded an interception, which gave the Sharks three going into halftime. Terry recorded a pick-six and a touchdown, giving both Terry and Solomon three touchdowns in the first half. Solomon scored two more touchdowns, one on a long pass from Sam Castronova, who also scored a rushing touchdown in the quarter. Offense and defense both exploded in the second quarter for arguably the most dominating 15 minutes of play on the season for the Sharks. The defense was strong to start the game, David Gilbert recorded an interception, and the team only gave up one touchdown.
